Our isolated gite is a very comfortable and very well equipped situated in the very middle of the South of Vendée, between La Rochelle and Nantes. Located in Sérigné, a sweet village, situated 3 minutes from the gite and 40 minutes from the light coast of Vendée. We give you for your holiday 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom and a living with fireplace in former tradition, a television, a kitchen equipped, and a park of 1 hectare with games for children, and 2 terraces equipped with a barbecue.
Property of one hectare ( 10 000m² ), it's possible to park a camping-car or a car-van. If you want to do so, or have any questions, contact us.
At the ''Pont Martin'' , the house of Sérigné is in the Vendée's landscape , in his little wood, the wood of Mervent not far away and the fairy Mélusine. Rents for week are from Saturday afternoon at 16 o'clock to saturday morning at 10 o'clock. The water and the gas are in the price but the electricity and the taxe of journey are to add.
